Excellent Work...but now...
I'd like for you to see if you can find any evidence on the internet that Volta and Benjamin Franklin may have been in contact with one another. They were both fascinated by electricity, but did they ever write to or meet one another? Franklin traveled quite often to France, so there may be some record of their knowing one another. Also, Galvani (you referred to him in your response) has a physiological (body) response named for him...can you find it? And tell me what causes that response. I know that this may seem like a "wild goose" chase, but I've got a method to my madness! Be sure to let me know what you find and also - I may have forgotten to mention - you need to be keeping up with the references you've used for your responses up to now, as well as for the rest of the time you're working on this project. You may want to post them each time to the blog response.

Evidnce that Volta and Franklin have been in contact - I did find that Volta and Benjamin Franklin did meet in Paris during one of Franklin's stays in France. The Site listed below is the only one that i found with any information on the two's said meeting.

Galvani's physiological response and cause - The Galvanic skin response is a method of measuring the electrical resistance of the skin. The results are usually spontaneous fluctuations in the electrical response. It is caused by increases in certain emotional states and hot flashes and when a person is under great stress.
